Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. However, due to the nature of the art business, please note that once an item is custom made-to-order, there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. The only exception to this would be if you receive the wrong item (ie. wrong size or wrong style from what was originally ordered). In the event that happens, please see conditions below:
- All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days after receipt of delivery.
- If the incorrect size or style of wearable art or product was delivered to you, only then will you be eligible for a return.
- Your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be returned within 30 days.
- You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Please carefully pack your return items securely, and use a shipping method with tracking and insurance. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned merchandise.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of your refund status after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
