Hello Everyone!
I hope you’re all having an amazing summer, packed with kids’ camps, thrilling activities, family visits, and memorable vacations. As for me, I’m eagerly gearing up for a much-needed three-week road trip to the great white north with my husband and kids. We’re set to trade the scorching Florida summer sun for cooler temps, where hoodies will be our nighttime uniform and swimming in the lake will be our daytime delight. My 7 year old son hilariously exclaimed, “You mean, lakes don’t have salt water!” Haha, these Florida kids say the darnedest things!
Our adventure will take us through some of our old stomping grounds, with a highlight being our ol’ home and one of our all time favorite cities, Toronto. We’re planning to take our time, making pit stops along the way for a bit of culture, sightseeing, and, of course, some mouth-watering eats—I’ve got the itinerary packed tighter than a suitcase! Think roadside diners, quirky museums, and maybe even a giant ball of twine or two (not really but maybe). It’s going to be epic!
Fall is Just Around the Corner
While we’re all enjoying our summertime escapades, it’s important to remember that fall is sneaking up on us like a ninja. Before we know it, we’ll be back to the grind, juggling work, school, and all the delightful chaos that comes with it. With that in mind, if you’re considering any fall projects or holiday art custom orders, let’s start the conversation NOW! Early birds get the worm—or in this case, the prime spots on my schedule. The conceptualization process can sometimes be a lengthy one, so let’s get those ideas rolling while we’re still in flip-flops and sunglasses.
Winter Mural Projects
And let’s not forget, the Florida winter months are the best time for exterior mural work, for obvious reasons! Imagine transforming that blank wall into a masterpiece just in time for the cooler weather. The planning process can take a while, so it’s wise to leave ample time for brainstorming and sketching. This way, when winter arrives, I can hit that wall with some paint, and we can rock and roll.
