All art sales are final and non-refundable.
The only exception applies if your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. In such cases, you must notify Lex within 10 days of delivery.
Please inspect your artwork promptly upon arrival. Any issues, including damage or incorrect items, must be reported within this 10-day period to qualify for a replacement or repair. Claims made after 10 days from receipt cannot be honored.
