“Kissed Reflections” is a reminder to love yourself, date yourself, and be completely content with the woman you are — because she’s fabulous. The kiss print has always been the root and symbol of my work. In my earlier era, I physically incorporated my own lip prints into every piece, all in the name of love. It became the thing that truly differentiated my art.
While that process had its moment (and was definitely labor-intensive!), kisses still appear in my work today — usually tucked subtly into my signature. But in this piece, they’re boldly scattered across her face, symbolizing a deep sense of self-love. It’s a reflection of embracing yourself fully… lips, flaws, magic, and all.
