I remember the way I used to admire the beautiful golden tubes of lipstick my grandmother kept on her vanity. Everything felt elegant, shiny, and perfectly in place. I remember the soft scent of her lipsticks and how magical it felt when she would let me play and put a little on myself — like stepping into a grown-up world of glamour and confidence.
Those early memories never left me.
Today, my entire art brand is built around lipstick and the symbolism it carries — not just for me, but for so many women who were once little girls with a desire to “play” with makeup, to feel beautiful, and to express themselves.
